In a significant development for tattoo education in Central Florida, Ink Different Tattoos has partnered with The Vintage Tattoo Shoppe to launch a comprehensive apprenticeship program in Orlando. This initiative provides aspiring artists with a structured, hands-on pathway into the profession as a practical alternative to traditional college routes.

The program is led by experienced tattoo artist CJ Orazi, owner of The Vintage Tattoo Shoppe (established in 2020). The shop is located at 10375 Orangewood Blvd, Orlando, FL 32821, near major theme parks, and has earned a strong reputation for quality custom and traditional work.

“This partnership brings Ink Different’s proven model to Orlando, providing a clear path into a professional, AI-proof creative career,” said Paul-Anthony Surdi of Ink Different Tattoos. The curriculum covers foundational skills including stencil design, skin preparation, advanced tattooing techniques, hygiene standards, client consultation, and business practices. Apprentices receive direct mentorship from Orazi and team members, including artist Julian Maceac, in a professional studio environment.

Unlike many conventional art programs with high costs and limited practical focus, this apprenticeship offers guaranteed job placement opportunities for successful graduates. Ink Different’s established Florida programs emphasize real-world outcomes in a growing industry. Applications are now open for motivated candidates, including recent graduates and career changers.

CJ Orazi, originally from Long Island, NY, has been tattooing since 2007. His shop blends vintage aesthetics with modern precision, creating an excellent training environment. “We’re not just teaching tattoos; we’re building the next generation of responsible, skilled professionals,” Orazi has noted in studio updates.
