Nashville Full Moon Tattoo & Horror Festival 2026 Highlights

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The 23rd Annual Nashville Full Moon Tattoo and Horror Festival kicks off this weekend, transforming the Sonesta Nashville Airport Hotel into a vibrant hub of ink, scares, and celebrity encounters from April 3-5, 2026.

More than 100 award-winning tattoo artists from across the country and beyond will set up stations for walk-up and custom work, showcasing everything from traditional to hyper-realistic styles amid a spine-chilling horror theme. Highlights include acclaimed talents such as Saint Marq, Ericka Kerrigan, and Daniel Marshall, whose bold designs promise to leave lasting impressions on collectors.

Attendees can expect tattoo contests, horror film screenings, vendor booths packed with macabre merchandise, and unforgettable meet-and-greets. Celebrity guests include David Arquette and Jamie Kennedy of Scream fame, Greg Nicotero from The Walking Dead, and Derek Mears (known for his portrayal of Jason Voorhees), all appearing throughout the three-day event.

Organizers describe the festival — established in 2000 — as Nashville’s original celebration blending body art with cinematic terror. Hours run Friday 4 p.m.–10 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.–10 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m.–5 p.m. at 600 Marriott Drive.

Tickets and details are available via the official site. Whether you’re chasing fresh ink or immersive horror vibes, this weekend’s gathering delivers an unparalleled experience for enthusiasts.
